What is Directional Boring
Directional Boring is a process for installing underground pipes and conduits in a precise path with little impact to the surface area using specialized equipment. Directional Boring eliminates the need for trenching and is an excellent way to install conduit or pipe across roadways, waterways or other obstacles.
Directional Boring is used to install conduit, power cables, water or gas lines and different kinds of pipelines. Typical kinds of pipe installed by Directional Boring is Steel, HDPE (High Density Poly Ethylene) and mechanical joint PVC.
